Introduction
TZ-Hungária Kft. was founded more than 10 years ago with the aim of offering its customers in the field of electrical and general industry tailor-made, typically sorting and other assembly services. Due to continuous development, we managed to expand to additional markets in recent years and now we provide solutions for our rapidly growing partners in the automotive industry also. As a specialist in unique solutions, we carry out the piece of work of various products at our site in accordance with the highest level of customer needs and expectations, depending on the criterias we do almost any task requiring manual work, all of this, of course, with 100% inspection. Thanks to our partner relationships, we have sufficient flexibility in transportation, in which we have our own vehicles to help us.

Visual and quality control of plastic and metal parts:
This includes the individual inspection and sorting of items, which is done at
a special workstation designed for this purpose, using product-specific
defect catalogs and other reference and limit samples according to industry
standards.
Repair of production defects: If the quality of the products manufactured
by our partners is not meeting expectations due to the production
technology or any other reason, a complex PDCA cycle-based process
is jointly developed and implemented to improve it.
